Odložení účinnosti změn Leteckých předpisů

S ohledem na rozhodnutí Mezinárodní organizace pro civilní letectví (ICAO) se v důsledku pandemie COVID-19 odkládá účinnost změn předpisů týkajících se problematiky posuzování a hlášení stavu povrchu dráhy, tzv. GRF (global reporting format for assessing and reporting runway surface conditions), která byla původně stanovena na 5. listopadu 2020.
