Exemption: Prolonged validity of some pilot ratings and of some medical certificates

Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic has granted exemptios related to the validity for some ratings endorsed in professional pilot licences issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic and for medical certificates issued by holders of an Aeromedical Examiner Certificate or an Aeromedical Centre Certificate that the Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic has issued.  


The Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic in accordance with the article 71 (1) of the regulation (EU) 2018/1139 (Basic Regulation) has granted an exemption from Part-FCL.055, FCL.625, FCL.740 and FCL.940 requirements of the EU 1178/2011 regulation (Aircrew Regulation) valid for some ratings endorsed in pilot licences issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic.

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic grants an exemption from Part-MED.A.045 requirements of the EU 1178/2011 regulation (Aircrew Regulation) according to the article 71 (1) of the EU 2018/1139 regulation (Basic Regulation) valid for medical certificates issued by holders of an Aeromedical Examiner Certificate or an Aeromedical Centre Certificate that the Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic has issued.
