Exemption for licensing of aeroplane and helicopter pilots in general aviation

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic in accordance with the article 71 (1) of the 2018/1139 EU regulation (Basic Regulation) has granted an exemption by declaration of the Director of the Flight Division from Part-FCL.055, FCL.625, FCL.740, FCL.825 a FCL.940 requirements of the EU 1178/2011 regulation (Aircrew Regulation) valid for ratings endorsed in aeroplane and helicopter pilot licences issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic the Exemption).
