“Annex” Aircraft

Aircraft whose type certificates have not been transferred to the jurisdiction of EASA or aircraft defined in Annex I of Regulation (EU) No 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council

Information concerning the conditions for issuing documents of competency to a newly registered aircraft in the LR of the Czech Republic is provided in Advisory Circular PO/TI-L8/A.2.7.4.A.

The issuance of documents shall be carried out in accordance with these regulations:

Regulation L8/A, as amended
Relevant L8/A Advisory Circulars
Regulation (EC) No 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as amended
Act No 49/1997 Coll., on Civil Aviation, and all implementing decrees to this Act, all as amended
