Vážení uživatelé,
dovolujeme si vás informovat, že ve dnech 2. 3. až 4. 3. 2026 jsme se potýkali s technickými problémy při podávání žádostí o vydání oprávnění k provozu/letu.
Oproti prvotnímu zjištění jsme aktuálně identifikovali, že technické problémy zasáhly i další portálová řešení a podatelnu úřadu. Upozorňujeme tak, že pokud jste činili v těchto dnech podání vůči úřadu, nemuselo nám být doručeno.
As part of the cooperation between aviation authorities in the area of SUP (Suspected Unapproved Parts), the CAA CZ was notified by the American aviation authority FAA that aircraft components for small Cessna, Piper and other aircraft are offered for sale on the eBay internet platform.
Given that the advertisements state that "The buyer must determine whether the part is airworthy and in compliance with applicable regulations" and that "The seller declines any responsibility for the airworthiness of these parts", the CAA Czech strongly warns against purchasing such parts.
Due to building renovations, the office hours of the Aircraft Register will be cancelled during the week of July 14–18, 2025.

The CAA websites, including web portals (drones, background check certifications, aviation register), were not available from the evening of February 27th until February 28th (approximately 9:30 AM). However, all websites are now operational. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
With regards the amendment of the Act on Civil Aviation, which becomes effective from January 1, 2023, the process of the background check certificates is subject to change. Background check certificates issued after January 1, 2023 are valid for 1 year (thereby the distinction between the standard and thorough background check is abolished).
